The product is of poor quality, and the description is misleading. The product has not been proven to be effective. My experience with the Verdict tech company has been a nightmare from start to finish.
Trying to cancel my services was horrible and required multiple trips. Then after I canceled the service, I was still charged for months and months. I had no idea what my plan looked like until I saw the final payment I was expecting after canceling my service.
The customer service is horrible. Also, I have never dealt with a worse company. If you want to be ignored and looked down upon? This is the place for you. Not only was the tech at my house rude, but so were some of the people who answered the phones when I called or emailed in.
We had a problem with data being lost during a service call, I called in to get some help, and they said they would send out someone to fix it that week. Two weeks went by, and no one had come out yet, so we scheduled another appointment on a Saturday…this time, we had to wait until Wednesday to see a technician. That evening when he arrived, he smoked our computer – he didn’t even try to fix it.
