HandelXP Regulation – No Regulatory Oversight

First of all, the HandelXP broker never revealed the owner’s identity. Our only information was two alleged addresses – one in Luxembourg and one in Germany. HandelXP regulation was not known to BaFin or CSSF.

This is why the broker felt safe enough to scam many and abandon the website. Trading firms operating through German scam payment processors, most likely somewhere in the Balkans, were used by this trading firm.

What’s Wrong With License?

In addition to the alleged country of services, the broker’s regulation cannot be found on other Tier 1 registers, such as ASIC and FCA. Therefore, those who have been scammed are not entitled to a compensation fund and have to find an alternative solution to combat HandelXP.

Furthermore, think twice before investing money with AmegaFX, Swiss Capital Bank or Tomahawk Finance brokers. There may be issues with withdrawals!
