Is FMarketX Safe And Regulated? – The Importance Of Regulation

Although FMarketX forex brokerage didn’t provide us with much information about its owner or headquarters, we found a few things that raised serious red flags. The brand appears to be owned by Penelope Partnership Ltd, the same company that owns TopIndex.

A logical question is whether FMarketX is regulated since it is located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

What’s Wrong With FMarketX License?

Several Tier1 license providers, including the FCA, ASIC, BaFin, and others, provide regulation for FMarketX. The fact that we didn’t have much luck led us to conclude that FMarketX is exactly what TopIndex was – an offshore trading scam.

Additionally, it would be best to avoid illicit brokers like Genix Markets, LiteForex, and SageFX.

Scam Warnings Against FMarketX

FMarketX and TopIndex have been warned several times. We have been notified about the company’s fraudulent activities in the UK, Spain, Belgium, and Slovenia.

Warning Issued by FCA and CNMV

CNMV issued a warning directly against the owner of this entire charade, Penelope Partnership Ltd. According to the UK FCA, Market Financial Solutions Limited is a legitimate UK company used by fraudsters. FMarketX trading scam warnings are in addition to those issued by FSMA and A-TVP.

Negative FMarketX Reviews – Stay Away From Trading Scam

FMarketX scam has a negative reputation among more than just regulators. In multiple reviews, we’ve seen numerous complaints about FMarketX’s withdrawals, platform issues, lack of regulation, and more.

Opening an account with this fraudulent firm is not a good idea if you want your funds to be safe. Pick a broker who is licensed at Tier 1 and who has a compensation fund instead.
