SquareTrade Regulation – No Regulatory Oversight
It is important to note that AquaTrade’s disclaimer remains in German regardless of your chosen language. The scam was deliberately set up this way so that not everyone would notice it. The same disclaimer informs us that the company holds an IFSC license from Belize and a CySEC license.
As it turns out, none of these claims are valid, and there is no AquaTrade regulation.
Questions About License – Unauthorized Scam
Our next step is to check the broker’s Terms and Conditions after determining that its regulation is fake. It showed that Estonian law governs a so-called European haven.
We therefore recommend that you stay away from SquareTrade. It would help if you excluded NovaTechFX, InvestBY, and TrueNorthBit from your list of possible brokers.
False Claims About CySec Regulation
SquareTrade does not have an IFSC license, while the CySEC license number 121/10 belongs to FX Central Clearing Ltd, under the domain fxcc.com, and has nothing to do with AquaTrade.
Due to the broker’s lack of license, you will not have access to a compensation fund or any regulatory assistance if you fall victim to this brokerage.
Scam Warnings From Financial Watchdogs

Wherever you may be, be careful and don’t accept any offers from this fraudulent company.
