Amplixx Regulation – Important Things to Know
The Spanish regulator first mentioned Amplixx when it issued a mass warning against 12 websites, including ApexCrypt and LeumInvest. Amplixx LLC owns this brand from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, which is itself a red flag.
The Caribbean island has no financial regulator, so the firm must get a license in its destination country.
What’s Wrong With A License? – Fake Broker
The company was incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in December 2021. However, the Amplixx regulation is unaffected. According to FSA guidelines, this firm needed a license from the FCA, ASIC, BaFin, or any regulator under whose jurisdiction it operates.
Having never done so, we can conclude that this investment firm is just another offshore scheme.
Scammers such as Agartha Asset Management, FNPMarkets, and TriumphFX should also be avoided. Also, we would like to know about your experience with scams if possible.
Fake Rewards and Achievements – This is 100% Scammer
The Amplixx Forex company went the extra mile to convince you of its legitimacy. As a broker of the year, the broker received all kinds of rewards.
According to reports, the scam firm was awarded:
- CFD Broker with the Best Performance in Europe in 2021
- The best multi-asset trading platform in Europe for 2020
- ECN Trading Platform Of 2020
- The Global Banking & Finance Award for 2019
We might even believe it if we didn’t already know that the brand was founded in December 2021 and could not have won those awards before opening.
Warnings Against Amplixx Fraud
The Spanish regulator issued an official warning against Amplixx in response to many complaints about the company.
Official Warning Issued by CNMV – Evidence of Fraud
Amplixx provides unauthorized financial services, including Forex trading and financial advice, according to Spanish CNMV. Belgian FSMA, Norwegian Finanstilsynet, and Slovenian A-TVP republished the same notice later.
Where Is Amplixx Trading Scam Active?
The Amplixx trading scam claims not to operate in the EEA zone, the US, Canada, and several other regions but is mainly active in:
