After years of using Formax Prime, many have commented that their first impression was that it was easy to use and the guidelines were easy to understand. The interface is intuitive and has lots of features for different situations.

However, after using the product for six months, I noticed that it is not as effective as it could be in terms of user-friendliness and ease of use.

First, there were no instructions included with the product—just a couple of screens showing you how to use it. There is also no explanation about what each option does or how to use them—you have to figure it out yourself.

Second, when using the software on large documents (like spreadsheets), it can cause problems because the buttons don’t work correctly when there are many text boxes on a page or if they’re too far apart.

For example, if you try to select text inside one text box while another is chosen outside that same text box, but closer together, nothing happens until both boxes are selected! This happens even when you click just once in between them—it doesn’t matter if you try again or not.
