AxesPrime Regulation – No Regulatory Oversight
In reading the AxesPrime Terms and Conditions, we discovered that the broker is owned by Hong Kong-based Axes Prime Ltd. According to our research, the company we are looking for does not exist.
Furthermore, the broker gave us two addresses – one in Canada and one in the UK – as their official headquarters. These two eminent countries have a license requirement for providing financial services.
We believe it’s most likely that the broker is authorized by the FSA of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Another shady offshore scam seems to be taking place with this company.
What’s Wrong With a License?
We checked the UK FCA and several Canadian registers looking for AxesPrime regulation, and we’re confident you were fraudsters. It is illegal for AxesPrime to provide financial services since the FSA is not an official regulator but a financial register.
Avoid becoming another victim of the AxesPrime trading scam by staying away.
Furthermore, beware of scammers such as Lirunex, AGKapital, and Solid Capital. Consider investing twice before making a decision!
Scam Warnings From Financial Watchdogs
Since the broker provided us with an address in Ontario, Canada, it is not surprising that an official warning was issued by its regulatory body. As far as the OSC is concerned, broker AxesPrime has never been registered with them and is not a securities broker.
Not long after, the Italian regulator CONSOB issued the same warning.
Where Is AxesPrime Trading Scam Active?
According to complaints filed against AxesPrime, the broker is mainly active in Canada, Ireland, the UK, and Cameroon. We are confident that other countries were affected as well, as CONSOB warns about the scam in Italy.
Regardless of where you are, it would be best if you took care not to fall into the AxesPrime scam and lose your funds to illicit offshore operations.
