Is FundsProMax Regulated? – Why Does It Matter?
Thanks to the regulation, traders will always be refunded if there is an issue. Also, a license was one of our first checks when we decided to examine FundsProMax. It appears that FINMA regulates the company since it is allegedly based in Switzerland. A red flag arose with us when no official owner was listed anywhere.
What’s Wrong With A Trading License?
The Terms and Conditions were checked after we determined that FundsProMax regulation doesn’t come from FINMA. The CySEC rules govern everything, according to those documents. Yet neither this regulator nor the company has any information about them.
We have reviewed several more Tier1 registers and found that FundsProMax is yet another unregulated trading scam.
Scam Warnings Against FundsProMax
FundsProMax received numerous complaints, of course. Most of them were filed in Belgium, so FSMA issued an official warning.
Official Warning Issued by FSMA – Evidence of Fraud
FSMA issued an official warning about many scam brands in February, including FundsProMax. The Italian CONSOB reissued the warning after many Italian clients were also defrauded.
Where Is FundsProMax Trading Scam Active?
