Is FinoMarkets a Scam Crypto and Forex Provider?
FinoMarkets does not list its owner on its website. The company’s address is in London and is based in the UK. FCA licenses are required by investment brokerages offering financial services in this country.
FinoMarkets regulations were not found with the FCA or any other Tier1 license provider such as ASIC, BaFin, FINMA, CONSOB, etc.
It is always risky to invest in unregulated schemes. There can be a hidden boiler room anywhere, or the company can be based offshore. No regulator can reimburse you for the money you lost after your deposit is made.
Finomarket scam alerts issued by the FCA, CONSOB, and the OSC
An investment firm rarely receives three separate warnings. All these authorities had no choice but to act quickly in light of the FinoMarkets trading scam.
Due to FinoMarkets’ claim to be based in the United Kingdom, the FCA denied the broker’s license and warned citizens they would not be entitled to FSCS compensation if there were any problems. A fraud domain list has been updated with finomarkets.info by the Italian CONSOB. Finally, the Canadian Securities Commission has issued a warning regarding the FinoMarkets broker.
